Key initiatives such as Apna Ghar, Blood for Life, Patient Assistance Programs, and Emerging Initiatives, impacted over 6.9 million lives across thirty-one (31) States and Union territories. The CSR projects are operational through resolute regional and state teams working cohesively to design, implement, and scale up activities to deliver tangible outcomes. As part of its continued efforts, Foundation is looking to onboard compassionate and committed professionals to provide essential mental health support to individuals and families affected by cancer and other chronic medical conditions.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility: • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients and caregivers to address psychological needs arising from the medical condition. • Offer socio-economic guidance, raise awareness about various social and health security schemes. • Maintaining case files and patient data and reports. • Collaborate with healthcare institutions, clinicians and other service providers to facilitate patient access to healthcare services and navigate treatment journey. • Establish and maintain networks with hospitals and healthcare institutions, fostering strong relationships with service providers. • Coordinate patient centric services and empower patients and caregivers with necessary knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation Psychology, Clinical Psychology. Experience in public health and reporting will be a plus. Required Skills and Knowledge: • Knowledge and skills in Counselling. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience in working with cross-functional teams. • Diligence in reporting and administrative matters. • Documentation and reporting skills • Working knowledge in English and local language proficiency.

Experience

Experience: 0-1 Year. Salary and Benefits: Salary based on candidate’s experience / qualifications. Additional benefits include group life insurance, accidental insurance, medical insurance, and travel reimbursement, leaves as per policy. The position requires 20% travel within and outside state.
