Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility 1. Impact Narrative & Content Development • Proactively engage with project teams to identify documentation and storytelling opportunities across programs. • Independently conceptualise, develop, and produce high-quality content including impact stories, testimonials, case studies, infographics, brochures, leaflets, blog posts, and project presentations. • Convert the data into impact narratives- accurate, ethical, dignified, and aligned with IF’s brand values and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). • Supervise and maintain consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms and materials. 2. Reporting & Knowledge Products • Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal review and external stakeholders. • Maintain repository of reports, data sets and all communication materials including photographs and videos and creatives in secured traceable folders. • Lead the development of knowledge products such as manuals, training modules, IEC materials, and learning briefs. • Convert field learnings into structured documentation that supports replication, scale, and institutional memory. 3. Digital Platforms & Systems Management • Manage and operationalise end-to-end IF DigiMIS, IF Feedback System, and IF Ticketing System. • Ensure regular updates, data accuracy, user adoption, and smooth functioning of internal and external digital platforms. • Generate insights from digital systems to support decision-making and reporting. 4. Social Media, Website & Digital Outreach • Update website on quarterly basis, and manage IF’s social media platforms in coordination with social media agencies and vendors. • Build and execute a content calendar for consistent, high-quality engagement. • Achieve a minimum of 10,000 new subscribers annually and sustain regular audience interaction. • Track engagement metrics and refine content strategy based on performance. 5. Compliance, Accuracy & Risk Management • Review all content (online and offline) for factual accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment for public dissemination. • Ensure ethical documentation practices including informed consent, sensitive storytelling, and data privacy in alignment with DPDP Act. • Minimise reputational and compliance risks through strong editorial oversight. 6. Archiving & Information Management • Maintain a well-organised digital archive of photos, videos, reports, and written materials. • Ensure easy retrieval of assets for future reporting, audits, communication, and learning needs. 7. Stakeholder Coordination • Act as the primary point of contact for communication needs of Intas Foundation. • Coordinate with vendors, designers, videographers, to ensure timely and quality outputs. • Streamline all internal communications to reflect brand image. 8. Innovation & Continuous Learning • Stay updated on emerging communication trends, AI tools, and best practices in digital storytelling and build competencies of teams. • Adopt communication workflows, templates, and systems to coordinate and streamline deliverables.
